These times are crucial for weight loss because you will easily lose a lot of energy in the morning since your glycogen reserves are low, but you will also lose a lot of energy after your weight training because your muscles will work more efficient.

A lot of people will experience plateau when it comes to certain cardio exercises and it’s really important to cycle the activity in order to get the best results. If your body gets accustomed with a certain type of activity you will find it hard to raise your heart rate at an optimum level of energy loss. Also, starting strong and making a lot of effort in a short amount of time will lead your body faster to the plateau level without obtaining the best results, so make sure that you gradually change the difficulty of the exercises you do. This is the best method in order to make sure that you obtain somehow constant results and you reach your weight loss goal faster. Eating right is also important so make sure that you also do that and make a certain eating program while exercising.
