Bodybuilding takes a lot of hard work and dedication,
but the benefits definitely make it all worthwhile.

Setting A Clear Goal
When people come to me for training advice,
my first questions are always about their
fitness goals.
What do you want to accomplish?
How many pounds of fat do you want to loose?
How much muscle do you want to gain?
Which muscle groups are you most concerned about?
Amazingly, many people have never defined a clear and specific fitness goal.
Please do not make the mistake of saying something so vague like:
- I just want to get in shape -
Set a clear and attainable goal. Try not to set yourself up for failure by setting
a goal that will be almost impossible to reach.
Be realistic and honest with yourself.
Set a challenging but reachable goal.
