Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: The results that you get obviously depend on the amount of effort that you put into the program. This is not a quick fix program. We provide the information but you must provide the commitment. People who follow the routines for at least three months should be extremely satisfied with the progress that they make.
Q: How much weight should I use ?
A: The amount of weight that you use during the exercises has little to do with your level of intensity during the workouts. What matters is that you are using a weight that is heavy, for you. When you can perform the required amount of reps in good form, increase the weight.
Q: Is the Workout Wizard designed for men or women?
A: The Workout Wizard is not designed for a specific gender. The system is goal oriented. Many women are more interested in shaping and toning as opposed to building big muscles. They would benefit most from the shaping and toning program. Most men want to gain muscle. They would benefit more from the muscle gain program.
Q: How much time do I have to spend in the gym?
A: The goal of this program is quality workouts not quantity. All weight training routines can be completed in about one hour(usually less). If you are spending more than one hour in the gym, take a good look at what you are doing in that time.
Q: How much will it cost me to use the system?
A: The system was developed to be more effective than a personal trainer. The cost of a quality personal trainer can range from $300-$1000 for only ten sessions. The system is very economical and effective. Please see the service page for pricing details.
Q: Is this training system designed for beginners or advanced athletes?
A: We offer a variety of services in order to meet the needs of beginners or advanced athletes that have been training for many years.
