Stretching helps to decrease the chance of injuries, increase flexibility and speed up recovery. To learn more about the benefits of stretching and the proper way to stretch click here.

Note: The demonstrations are animated to show the entire movement. However, you should work toward holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Always warm up properly prior to stretching.
