Step One: Select a routine that will help you reach your fitness goals. | ||||||

Do you want to shape and tone certain muscle groups? | ||||||

Select from the Shaping and Toning routines. These routines are designed specifically for people who are more interested in firming up as opposed to packing on a lot of muscle.

The Workout Wizard also has lower body routines for those people who are not
interested in training their entire body.

Are you more interested in packing on some quality muscle mass? | ||||||

Select from dozens of Mmuscle Gain routines. The Muscle Gain routines are for people who really want to build quality muscle.
These routines are not easy, but they are very effective. If you are very focused on gaining muscle, try the intensity techniques (i.e. supersets, dropsets etc.) found under the -Change Routine- menu. You can go directly to the Muscle Gain routines by clicking here. | ||||||
