100% effort while continuously striving to reach a higher level. |

result producing training requires a level of focus, motivation and discipline
that many people don't have. |

| Good question :) I'm glad you're interested. Think about your fitness goals
during your sets. Create a clear mental picture of how you really want to look.
Focus on how much you want to improve your physique. Block out any and all
distractions around you! |
| Each workout should bring you closer to reaching that higher level of intensity.
Accept the fact that someone else is probably training harder than you. You
can always improve. |

Remember training hard and training smart go hand in hand. Never sacrifice form in order
to increase your intensity. Lifting more weight with poor form is not the way to make
your training more intense. Always warm up properly. Intense weight training puts a lot
of stress on your body.
