What are thermogenics and how can they help me?

Basically, thermogenic aids assist in burning more fat by increasing your
bodies metabolic rate and heat production. In other words, thermogenics
will help you burn the food you eat as energy instead of storing it as fat. |
| Most thermogenics on the market contain a combination of caffeine and
ephedrine. This combination helps you burn more calories by "speeding
up" you metabolic rate. If you have a low tolerance for coffee or
anything that contains caffeine, thermogenics are not for you. |
| Many people complain of feeling nervous or jittery when they first
start taking thermogenic aids. These "side affects" tend to decrease with
time as your body becomes more accustom to the product. Thermogenics
products that contain synephedrine tend to have fewer side effects
while actually being more effective for loosing fat. |
| USE WITH CAUTION |
| Consult with a qualified medical expert before using any thermogenic
supplement. Read the warning on the label and follow the instructions
carefully. Most of the labels will say something like "You should not use
this product if you have cardio vascular disease, diabetes, prostatic
hypertrophy, glaucoma, psychosis, or thyroid disease." Please be careful
when using these products. |

exercise program. They should be your last resort to loose a few more
