Lifting Logs

Cardio Logs

The Cardio Logs are used to record your cardiovascular/aerobic workouts. The Official Workout Wizard Journal and Exercise Guide contains six blank cardio log worksheets. Each worksheet contains the following headings: Date, Exercise, Level, Duration, Distance, Calories Burned, Notes.

Twenty-eight entries can be made per cardio log. This is enough to last for over six months, performing aerobic exercises 3-5 times per week.


Sample Routines

A sample Muscle Gain and Shaping and Toning routine is included for people who need help getting started on an effective exercise program. The routine is taken directly from the member's area of the Workout Wizard web site. Each routine takes less than 45-60 minutes to complete. The routines are designed for people interested in developing their entire body (full-body split routine).
