Waking out earlier in the morning will mean that you will also have to go to sleep at a decent hour. Having a regular sleep schedule is a great way to stay fit and once the body is used to you waking up in the morning and working out, you will feel much better in the morning.

The problem of eating before a morning workout is a much debated subject. Some say that not eating will help you boost your metabolism for your next meal which you will have at work. On the other hand, strength training requires a lot of effort and it is usually better to eat some carbohydrates to get you through a longer workout session.
